Customer support beyond expectation
We were moving from perpetual, client-side licensing to SaaS but didn’t want to become an expert in Cloud services. We looked at AWS, Google, IBM, and Azure. Our goal was to find a single integrated supplier that could hold our hands through the process and handle all the licensing (RDS, Office) and billing.
